Yes, you can even switch it from 1st to drive while moving just don’t go to far and put it in reverse or park. That’s when you’ll have problems. Now if your talking about the 4×4 hi and low, you would want to read the owners manual.

My friend in the GT mustang does that all the time, also your suppose to shift, like for mountains. You don’t see people pulling over to change gears.

yea you can shift up all you want but if your going to shift down be careful
You don’tt want to be going too fast when you shift down, you can damage your engine.
But when you get used to the right speeds it is useful and fun to do!!
