Snapped in easily, works like the original on my heavy jeep rear door.
I have installed this brand for the Glass and for the gates.

I bought 3 different sizes for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. These are pretty easy to replace, but they are really strong. I have no problem at all now with the heavy rear door. I actually just pop the handle and start to open the hatch door, then these take over and raise it up. Buy them without hesitation.

This is a great support to replace your aging liftgate support. If you find that the liftgate is slow or starts to fall on your head, you need a couple of these.

Although I mistakenly ordered only one lift arm for the rear door glass hatch, it seems very sufficient to handle the weight.
This arm took about 1/2 minute to r & r.
highly recommended!
